Details of this standard service includes: 

• All the design and documentation work required to produce the final detailed working drawings and specifications needed for a building permit application.
• Analysis of local council regulations and requirements and ensuring that the proposed design meets these requirements.
• Co-ordination and integration of all required Structural and other Engineering, Council, Energy Rating and Building Surveyor requirements and services needed to build the agreed house design.
• Environmentally sustainable construction and design options will be presented for your selection, including grey water systems, water treatment plants, double or single glazing, rain water collection and type of storage.  These decisions are integrated and incorporated into the final drawings and specification.
• Furnishings and fittings and all colors will be selected by you.
• Garage or carport location and advice can be provided on request.
• DASH can present builders to select from. Your relationship with the Builder will be a separate contract.  Advice and supervision is provided. Additional costs may apply depending on location.
• Provision of documents for your own use.
